NOT!CED operates as a curated retail platform representing independent designers, brands, and collaborators. All products are supplied via consignment, meaning NOT!CED does not hold direct ownership of inventory. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for customer purchases.
General Return Policy

Clothing (Size Exchanges): Clothing items may be returned if they do not fit, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers may request an exchange for another size (if available) or store credit. Refunds for size-related returns are at NOT!CED’s discretion.

Other Products: Due to the independent and limited-edition nature of our collections, non-clothing items cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect choice.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Returns are accepted if an item is received faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility: Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and, if applicable, photos of the issue.
Process for Returns

Provide your order number, reason for return (e.g., size exchange or faulty item), and photos if applicable.

If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Size-related returns (clothing only): Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.

Defective or incorrect items: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once inspected and approved.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Third-Party Responsibility

As NOT!CED operates under a consignment model, refunds and returns are processed in coordination with the supplying brand or designer.

NOT!CED facilitates the process on behalf of the customer but cannot guarantee availability of replacement stock for size exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

Limited-edition merchandise (unless faulty).

Items returned outside the 7-day window.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
NOT!CED is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers must contact the courier directly for claims. Our support team may assist where possible.
