Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-order or limited-edition items may have extended processing times, which will be stated on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from Sydney, Australia. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

Domestic (Australia): 2–8 business days after dispatch.

International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.
Shipping Rates

Tracking & Confirmation

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-shipping fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once handed to the courier, NOT!CED is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by postal services.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
