At NOT!CED, we want your orders to reach you quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and tracking of customer orders.

 

 

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Pre-order or limited-edition items may have extended processing times, which will be stated on the product page.

 

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from Sydney, Australia. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Domestic (Australia): 2–8 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.

 

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders over a certain value (as advertised).

 

 

 

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress with the courier.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

  • Customs processes may delay delivery times, which are outside NOT!CED’s control.

 

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-shipping fees.

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Once handed to the courier, NOT!CED is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by postal services.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
