JEWELLERY CARE GUIDE
Silver, Pearls & Hard Gemstones
Our sterling silver pieces, including those set with natural pearls or hard gemstones, are crafted for durability and everyday wear. These styles—particularly solid chains and robust settings—can be worn in the shower and are generally safe to sleep in.
Sculpted & Delicate Designs
Designs featuring sculpted forms, crushed gemstones, seashells or heavily textured finishes require gentler care. We recommend removing these pieces before bathing, sleeping, or exposing them to steam, saunas, or excessive heat to maintain their integrity.
Brass & Mixed Metals
While sealed with a protective coating, our brass and mixed metal pieces are more sensitive to moisture. Avoid wearing them in the shower, during sleep, or for extended periods. Should they come into contact with water, dry thoroughly to protect the surface finish.
General Care
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Polish sterling silver with a soft cloth—avoid abrasive cleaners, particularly on pearls, textured areas, and delicate finishes.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
Smaller pieces are dispatched within 1–3 weeks. For necklaces and more intricate designs, please allow 3–5 weeks — giving our artisans the time and space to refine every detail without compromise.
